At Home Euthanasia, Pet Hospice and Pet Cremation Services

The Celtic translation for the word “hospice” means “Soul friend”.
For decades, the hospice concept has been utilized for individuals desiring palliative end-of-life care. For many families, upon learning from a physician that a loved one is suffering from an illness or disease for which there is no cure, hospice care becomes the next step to assure that our family member is kept comfortable and is treated with dignity and respect throughout the dying process.
Our in-home euthanasia service allows your beloved pet to remain in the comfort of your own home, where your baby feels safe and secure, with you beside them.  We believe that the final moments between you and your beloved pet should be spent in a tranquil and serene environment.  We create a safe, sacred place where you can spend the final moments with your beloved, and say good-bye in your own terms.
This same type of respectful end-of-life care is now available for your beloved pet family members. We serve all of North Texas with hospice, cremation and burial services.
Beyond the Rainbow Pet Hospice & Memorial Center was founded on the concept that our animal family members deserve the same dignity and respect in life that our human family members receive.
News & Events
Beyond the Rainbow is proud to announce that we are now providing services to pet parents in Houston. For in-home euthanasia and cremation services, contact us 936 570-2567.
We learned early on in our hospice journey that many pet parents out there that want the best for their furbabies, simply live check to check, and cannot afford the services that a house-call veterinarian can provide. So Chelseas’ Fund was established to assist those parents that need a little help to assure that their baby’s final weeks, days, or hours are spent in the peace and tranquil comfort of their home. In 3 years, Chelseas’ Fund has helped approximately 50 pets with direct medical care, plus provided over $1,300.00 in medical supplies, food and bedding to pets displaced by disasters in West, Texas and Hood County, Texas. Please plan to join us on Friday, May 9, 2014 for Tulips & Tails…a fun evening of food, drink, raffles and auctions as we replenish the fund so we can help pets well into 2015. Held at the beautiful Fort Worth Botanical Gardens Oak Room, doors open at 6:30. You can shop our vendors: Mary Kay, wildtoad toffee, thirtyone, Velata Chocolates, Younique and more…all in time for Mothers Day !! There will be beautiful baskets for you to win, and even a chance to drive a 2014 Lexus for the weekend…AND have your car completely detailed when you return to the dealership on Monday…how cool is that ???????? If you’d like to donate, or get more information, contact Event Coordinator Destiny McGuire at 682 478-6124 with Texas Doll Auctions, or Beyond the Rainbow at Come join us on May 9th for a great party for a great cause. You’ll be glad you did !!! **Chelseas’ Fund is a registered 501c3 non-profit corporation and all your donations are tax deductible.

Please call so we can discuss your options for care and how we may best serve you. If we don't answer, we may be in an appointment or on the other line. Please leave us a message so we can call back.

This compassionate, professional team made the heart-rending decision to allow my precious kitty, Tigger-2 to get his wings rather than prolong his illness. Though not in pain, Tigger had a horrible fibrosarcoma that expanded rapidly until the wound care was all but impossible. I had to confine him to keep the exudates and blood in check. As a nurse, I berated myself every day over my inability to save him, or give wound care that would free him from the prison of the bathroom. The Beyond the Rainbow team saw my heart bleeding when I made the decision to free Tigger-2. Their handling of him was as though he was their own beloved pet; and they remained with me as long as my flood of tears persisted. If not for these wonderful people, Tigger-2 would still be chained to an unhappy life--because I could not bring myself to make the drive to a vet clinic. Having them here gave me the courage to say goodbye.
